About Kevin A. Park
Kevin A. Park (@KParkPlace) is a doctoral student in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Park’s research interests include the mortgage finance industry and urban spatial structure. His work at the center includes analyzing mortgage servicing data and research related to government intervention in mortgage markets.
UNC-Chapel Hill’s Graduate School recognized Park with a 2013 Impact Award for his interactive website, “North Carolina Housing and Mortgage Lending Data, which makes foreclosure, housing and economic data from North Carolina’s 100 counties publicly available.
Before joining the center, Park held research positions at Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies and the Rhode Island Economic Policy Council.
