Erika Brandt

Erika Brandt is a 2016-2017 Graduate Student Fellow.

Erika Brandt is a second year Masters student in the UNC Department of City and Regional Planning specializing in housing and community development. Her primary interests are in affordable housing finance and policy, and she currently works as a policy intern with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. Prior to graduate school, Erika worked with the Center for Family and Community Engagement at NC State University and served an Americorps term with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. She earned a BA in biology and environmental studies from Oberlin College.


The UNC Center for Community Capital conducts research and policy analysis on ways to make financial services work better for more people and communities.
